Truthfully, when it comes down to it, we want you to like us! One of the quickest ways to convey that is through open, friendly, informative, clear, and timely communication.

For example, we’ll set expectations on scheduling from the get-go. You’ll always know what’s happening and when—not in a bothersome way (constant texts and emails), but in a convenient way.

Another example is that your dedicated foreman will call on Day One and let you know when the crew is on their way. Whether you’re on-site or not, they’re trained to remain in contact with you (and each other) throughout the process.

Because communication is the lifeblood of every successful interior remodeling project.

‘Sales Pressure’ Isn’t In Our Vocabulary

The #1 reason we don’t need or use any kind of sales pressure or sales tactics is simple – we aren’t hurting for projects. Our customers keep us busy, so we don’t need that nonsense.

We’re a financially stable company well-known in our community. Most of our projects come from personal referrals and return business.

This leads us to the second reason we don’t use backhanded sales tactics – we wholeheartedly care about our reputation. We’re not going to risk tarnishing it by mistreating or disrespecting you when it’s completely unnecessary (and the wrong thing to do).

We Make Changes Work

We like change orders less than you do. Frankly, we don’t believe in them. If we see something wrong related to product selection or installation work, we’ll take care of it.

The only exceptions are more significant unforeseen issues like opening your wall and discovering rotted-out sill plates from 30-year-old storm damage. Otherwise, if it’s a couple of hundred bucks to make something better, we’ll swallow that to deliver an exceptional result.

We’re Sticklers About Punctuality

We care about building rapport with you, so being punctual is crucial. Once you see this level of caring, the entire process will be easier moving forward.

On the other hand, if our consultant is late, our foreman or field supervisor is late, our crew is late, or we’re late to your showroom appointment…you get frustrated. We don’t want that! Even one missed appointment or deadline or one time showing up late on-site can derail your feelings about working with us.

Our Quotes Are Extremely Detailed

Your quote from Mast Contracting will be DETAILED. Does that mean confusing or overwhelming? No, not at all. An example of what we would write would be:

“Demo existing vanity. Supply and install a new Wolf Classic vanity as per the attached layout. Dartmouth 5-piece style in pewter with these specific cabinet pulls, etc.”

Line by line, selection by selection, our quotes leave almost NOTHING to be desired. Our goal is to be perfect. To hit the nail on the head with precision and give you a quote you can understand and confidently go along with.
