For example, we may design a way to completely revamp your bathroom without demolishing walls or moving plumbing fixtures. We call this the 5-Day Bathroom. However, this same approach applies to all our interior remodeling.
If we were to tell you there’s only one way to do something and another contractor proves otherwise, we lose your business and your trust.
Trustworthiness
As a company, how do we prove ourselves trustworthy professionals deserving of your home and money?
First, we don’t do ANY of the cliche nonsense contractors are infamous for (late, disrespectful, messy, sloppy, unkept, etc.). None. We’re all normal, hard-working, family people. We don’t like any of that unprofessional nonsense any more than you do. If we wouldn’t want to be put through it, we aren’t going to put you through it.
Second, with us, a contract is a contract. We keep our change orders extremely low, and if we make a mistake, there’s no question about whether we’ll take care of it. It’s GUARANTEED.
Compassion For Our Customers
Sure, compassion is a word that’s not often associated with interior remodelers. We know, and during your project, we’ll change that. We’re not the type of contractors who are in and out in a few hours (where it doesn’t matter as much). We’re typically in people’s homes, around their family and possessions, for one to six weeks.

At Mast, we drill full accountability into our heads before, during, and after every project.
To put a number on it, we get about six calls a year from homeowners with minor issues. So, out of roughly 100 projects, little mistakes pop up in around 5%—6% of them. We’re talking about small issues and minor corrections, nothing serious—things we can easily take care of.
And you’re not left waiting around, either. We don’t just toss you at the end of our schedule. We shuffle around whatever we must to get your problem fixed in a day or two.
