While mistakes are common in home interior remodeling, our final results are perfect. We handle issues transparently and with grace. No headaches, hassles, or finger-pointing.

Why? Because our tradespeople are paid well for SUPERIOR workmanship. Plus, they know that at the end of your project, we’ll ask you to spend a couple of days compiling a list of details that need fixing (these are perfectly normal, but many remodelers won’t do this for you).
Layer Upon Layer Of Oversight
The hard-working people who work for us are in-house, vetted, and trusted. We know them well! Your crew will show up on time in marked company vehicles wearing company hats, T-shirts, and hoodies (in great condition).
With Mast, you’ll also enjoy working with a dedicated foreman and regular and senior field supervisors. They’ll constantly communicate with you, each other, our crew on-site, and our office. They keep tabs on all the details, step by step, as your project unfolds.
And what happens if they spot something? It’s their job to make our tradespeople redo it. With Mast, your project has to be 100%, so your management team will make every effort to plan ahead thoroughly.
No Subs For Quicker Results
At Mast, we don’t just have a showroom to farm out all the projects we get to subcontractors. Instead, we’re the ONLY local remodeler who ALSO installs the products and materials.
One significant benefit is that our projects are quicker (for example, our 5-Day Bathroom). Your Mast crew is dedicated to your project. That’s it – no others will be on their plates. We control them and ensure they focus on one project at a time.
Taking ALL The Extra Steps
Not only do we avoid cutting corners like the plague, but our teams are HAPPY to take all the extra steps needed to achieve detailed, top-caliber work. Three examples from our interior remodeling projects.
- Showers: With shower replacements, we go down to the studs, conduct repairs, reinforce the area, and install new backer if needed.
- Drywall: We don’t bother touching up drywall work because it looks bad. Instead, we’ll paint the wall point-to-point so it looks brand new.
- Kitchens: If we have to extend a wall for cabinetry, we’ll move outlets. We’ll also move vents, often placed in front of cabinets. Having them in the toe kick is better, so your new kitchen will look better.
Our crews often ask for permission to do MORE and do BETTER for people (rather than the other way around), even when no one would know they did it.
If they see a way to improve your space, they’ll discuss it with you, show you their idea, and explain the benefits. Most of these small improvements are free of charge.
We Have A Secondary Warehouse
When you sign a contract with Mast, within a day or two, we’ll order ALL products and materials. This practice means no delays. We have them sent to our warehouse, where we can inspect and safely store them!
This approach differs greatly from other contractors, who order products on the fly or pick them up from local stores at the last minute. It’s also not the same as having materials shipped directly to your home before we can handle them.
