What To Expect From Our Product Selection
Our team combs through thousands of products and materials to ensure the selection in our showroom is perfect for over 90% of the projects we work on.
Long-Lasting, Reliable Operation
One of the first things we look at when considering new product lines and materials is how well they work and how dependable their performance is. Are they products that look good and operate smoothly for a while, but then their cheaper plastic parts start breaking down?
If so, we avoid these generic products and materials at all costs. They’re unreliable over the long haul and have poor to non-existent warranties.
We choose well-made products with great coverage where we know you’ll be taken care of quickly if a part stops working as it should. For example, if it’s some cabinetry or a plumbing fixture, we want to be able to call and ask for a part, and BOOM, they send it over.
No muss, no fuss.
We Choose Stronger, More Durable Products
Our products are going to last longer because they’re engineered to!
Shower walls, for example. Most remodelers in our area push mass-produced, thinner four-millimeter shower walls. Then, they go a step further and typically install these subpar walls over existing walls like a cheap veneer.
We’ll suggest a thicker, stronger, and more durable shower wall. We also like walls where the marble design or coloring is baked all the way through into the back of the solid surface sheeting behind.
The same could be said about the cabinetry we showcase, the vanities, fixtures, flooring, etc. To us, saving a couple hundred bucks isn’t worth the headaches that lower-quality products and underlying materials cause over a longer period.
Products For Middle To High-Income Homes
Most homeowners we work with have medium- to large-sized budgets. They don’t want lower-quality work or luxury-level makeovers, either. They’re looking for good customization and professional craftsmanship within their means.
You’ll notice this right away when you visit our showroom. While there are hundreds of products and materials to look at (for example, we have 100+ flooring and 250+ tile samples alone), none of them are what you would consider cheap or very expensive.
Easy Maintenance & Upkeep
We don’t use contractor-grade or general home improvement store-grade products. These are often cheaper versions of higher-quality products. Not only do they likely have less functional value, but they generally don’t last as long.
Instead, they require ongoing maintenance, upkeep, and premature replacement.
At Mast, we suggest premium products with better components! They mean less upkeep and less chasing replacement parts. And when parts are needed, they’re much more available and easier to find. Parts for cheap alternative products can sometimes be nearly impossible to find.

Much of our work is for property owners with rental homes used for short-term, temporary stays by people looking to come and enjoy our beautiful Eastern Shore area. Thinner, flimsier, lower-grade products and materials with trimmed-down features simply won’t do in these cases.
