What Makes A 5-Day Bathroom Remodel
Truly Different From Other Bathroom
Remodels In Ocean Pines, MD?
Our Bathroom Remodels Are A Quick
Way To Completely Change Your
Worcester County Bathroom
Imagine having a bathroom that’s sleek, modern, and practically brand new without the headache of construction happening in your home for months. Too good to be true? Not with 5-day bathroom remodels in Ocean Pines, MD from Mast Contracting.
Yes, you can have a new bathroom to enjoy in only five days!
Given the fact that it only takes five days, most people assume that this service is going to vary drastically from a typical bathroom remodel in the area. Let’s take a look at what to expect and how this service differs from other bathroom remodels in the Worcester County area.
A 5-Day Bathroom Remodel Means Giving
Up On New Items, Right?
Wrong! A typical 5-day bathroom remodel will include a new shower or tub installed into the wet area of your bathroom. It will also include other fixture changes like a toilet, sink, vanities, and flooring.
So, you are by no means giving up on any new items when comparing a 5-day bathroom remodel to a typical bathroom remodel.
With that being said, you are giving up some of the more customizable items. For example, a 5-day bathroom remodel with Mast Contracting does not include tile work. Instead, you are given options on shower wall enclosures that are smooth or mimic tile (without the headache of cleaning grout), along with precut vanity tops that can easily slide into place.
The customizable options are available with our full bathroom remodeling services, which can allow you to customize to your heart’s content. However, rest assured that our 5-day bathroom remodel products are high-quality, meant to last for years, and installed to exact specifications to ensure a perfect fit.
A 5-Day Bathroom Remodel Is Extremely Timely
When we say a 5-day bathroom remodel, we mean five days. A typical bathroom remodel can take anywhere from two to six weeks, depending on the size of the bathroom and what work is being done.
Do you have two to six weeks to go without your bathroom? Do you want contractors coming in and out of your home for that length of time?
Our speed is one of the biggest selling points for many homeowners. They want a new bathroom yet don’t want to invest that much time into having a construction crew in their house.
Take a look at a typical 5-day bathroom remodel schedule to get a better idea of what’s in store for you.
Day One
The first day is demolition day. We will remove the old tub or shower, any fixtures that are being updated, flooring, toilets, and basically everything that you have decided to dump.
It’s a messy day – but it has to happen in order to get your bathroom to where it needs to be. Don’t worry – we clean up our mess, so you don’t have to.
Day Two
This day is for our plumbers and electricians to come into the bathroom and perform any updates that are needed to fit the new fixtures we are installing. This may mean installing new water lines as the old ones are outdated or not pressurized enough.
It could also mean rewiring your lighting to ensure it can hold the new fixture you have chosen.
Day Three
The third day is devoted to installing your tub or shower in the wet area. This includes waterproofing to ensure a snug fit into your space.
Day Four
This is when we install everything else that you have chosen. Whether it be flooring, vanity, new toilet, or the like, we install these new items and prepare your bathroom for its grand viewing.
Day Five
This is the last day of construction, and when we will paint the entire bathroom (walls and ceilings) with your new colors. We make those final touches on your bathroom while thoroughly cleaning the area. We want you to immediately step in and fall in love with your new bathroom, so we take our time to ensure it’s perfect.
Then, ta-da! You have your new bathroom, completely updated in only five days.
